The Will To Prepare

There’s one word that comes to my mind when I think of Dave Jenks.

Wisdom.

There are special moments in life when you get to meet someone who is a force for good in the world.

This week Dave shared a valuable piece of wisdom with me and the other people attending his zoom call.

“Heroes are willing to do the boring tasks of preparation in order to feel the exhilaration of heroic results.”

Think about the different successes you’ve had in your life.

Now think to the preparation it took to achieve those successes.

Prepare to be heroic.
